By pressing the button Report errors, the bookkeeping can be checked for problems regarding settings and incorrect journals.

Revaluate

The screen shows a field for revaluation debtors/creditors.

This amount is important because if the revaluation is not booked in the current year, prolongation of the bookyear will cause this amount to shift from the general ledger debtors or creditors to the retained earnings.

Converting chart of accounts

After a conversion of the chart of accounts, it is possible to reconcile the diagrams in the current year with the previous one for a comparison of the figures. This possibility is discussed in the topic Converting chart of accounts.
