The module Relation management is integrated in the Relations screen.
In the 'Relation management' tab a custom made database can be maintained with 35 files.
The default report General> Relation management fields gives an overview of all existing files and fields.
The use of the files and fields and the layout of the tabpages can be set to your preferences.
For each file tabpage rights for reading, writing and deleting can be granted to a user group.
Files and tabpages for which no rights have been granted are not shown on the screen.
By using the function Supervisor> Relation management settings> Files labels of files and tabpages can be changed.
Per tab two columns with fields can be displayed.
The position and the length of the columns can be set here.
1 Unique record per relation
When this option is checked only one record per relation for this file can be created.
Sort descending / Sorting
A file can have one or more key fields. These are displayed in the information box Sorting.
If the option 'Sort descending' is checked the records will be shown in descending order by the key fields in the screen.
Report changes
Mill7 can keep the change status of relation management fields. This may be useful for reporting of changed clients to the Dutch National Bank (DNB).
The status field in which the change status is checked is F90.wijz_cont (0 = not changed, 1 = changed).
This field can be used for custom made reports like Changed clients.
Reset file and fields
This button restores the settings (fields and tabpages) of the selected file to the Mill7 defaults.
