The report Changed clients can be made on request. Please contact the Millogic Helpdesk.
The report displays in general a list with names. By adding fields and selections a custom made-report can be created
Mill7 can keep the change status of relation management fields. This may be useful for reporting of changed clients to the Bank of the Netherlands.
To use this option at 'Relation management settings fields', the checkbox 'Report changes' has to be activated for each field.
In report Changed Clients all clients can be reported which have changed. In the same report the status can be reset by activating the checkbox 'Change status'. Do this, for example, after reporting the clients to the Bank of the Netherlands.
The status field in which the change status is checked is F90.wijz_cont (0 = not changed, 1 = changed)
The change status cannot be set for fields which are not entered by using relation management.
