This report is applicable for the Trust version with the relation management module.

This report can be made on request, please contact the Millogic helpdesk.

 

With this report Clients can be evaluated on the presence and validity of certain documents.

It also checks if an address is entered at the UBO and any shareholders.

 

In the Settings window tab Trust - Compliance can be entered what documents should exist

for the clients, shareholders and ultimate beneficial owners.

For shareholders (companies) an extra document can be defined.

 

The validity of the passport is dependent on the end date which is entered in the documents window of the relation management module.
