Supervisor utilities > Users > Users Block/Release

Some Mill7 functions can only be executed when no users are logged in. For example Re-index and Update Mill7.

Before processing, this function will log off all users automatically after giving the users a notice they they will be logged off.

It is possible to log off all users manually via menu Supervisor > Users > Block users.

Releasing users always has to be done manually via menu Supervisor > Users > Release users.

This can only be done by the Supervisor or the user who blocked all users.

Report scheduler

Blocking users will also block the report scheduler.

The report scheduler however is not started automatically after the users are released.

This must be done manually.

Mill7 Mobile

The Mill7 Mobile service must be stopped and restarted manually.
