The user licenses can be assigned via the menu Supervisor> Users>Licenses.

Licenses for each module are assigned per user. To activate the licenses, mark the check boxes.

The maximum no. of licenses cannot be exceeded. If a user no longer uses the software, the resignation date can be entered at that user, excluding the user from the license count.

 

Extending licence:

To extend the number of licenses, you need an installation code.

The new code can then be entered in the menu Supervisor > Extend License > Manual registration.

 

In the Trust version, extension of the license can be done online through the menu Supervisor > Extend License > Online registration.
