Supervisor utilities > Users > Service companies Block/Release

For the maintenance of files used exclusively by service companies, all service companies can be blocked via Supervisor > Users > Block service companies while keeping the client bookkeeping available.

Mill7 will be stopped only for users that are active in service companies. Other users, that are active in client bookkeepings, can continue their work in Mill7.

Blocking service companies only instead of blocking Mill7 completely, reduces the downtime for users of client bookkeepings.

Service companies remain blocked and unavailable until they are released via Supervisor > Users > Release service companies.

Releasing the service companies can only be done by the Supervisor or the user who blocked the service companies.

Report scheduler

Blocking service companies will pause the report scheduler.

After releasing the service companies, the report scheduler will continue to produce due reports and to poll for other scheduled reports.

Mill7 Mobile

The Mill7 Mobile service must be stopped and restarted manually.
