Rights
To open a bookkeeping, the user must have the rights to open the bookkeeping concerned.
With the option 'only show accessible bookkeepings' the list of bookkeepings will show only bookkeepings where the user has rights for.
This option can set for all users in the settings.
Converting databases
When opening an administration Mill7 checks to see if any files have changed. If files need to be updated then you are asked if the conversion can be performed. All administrations must be updated after an Mill7 software update.
