The fund module in Mill7 is used for private equity fund accounting and investor reporting.

 

Fund structures with investors can be setup in Mill7 to create capital calls and distribution notices.

Notices are calculated with the waterfall method and can be send to the investors by e-mail or presented in the client portal.

 

Journals regarding the fund administration can be booked directly to the accounting system.

 

The module handles closed-end funds with a limited duration.
