In menu Maintenance> Financial> Budgets an unlimited number of tables distribution formula can be entered.

Per table a percentage from the year budget can be entered per period.

 

 

At the General ledger account, the distributive formula is chosen next to the annual amount of the budget.

 

Then the budget and turnover per period can be displayed in the Budgets report. Budgeting can also be used for turnover estimates.
