Bookmarks:

The template works with bookmarks. These bookmarks are replaced with data from Mill7 based on the entered selections.

In the file Letter explanation.dot all bookmarks that can be used have been entered.

If a bookmark is to be used twice, a new bookmark must be created with the same name followed by a number which makes the total name unique.

<FromPerson> becomes <FromPerson2>.

A bookmark can only be used twice, so <FromPerson3> will not work.

Important

- A piece of text is selected and a referral to a bookmark is made in Word.

In order to fill a Word file from Mill7, the name of the bookmark is important not the selected text.

To use this driver rnwdc50.dll needs to be registered by command REGSVR32 on the workstation.

This driver can be found in the root. Mill7 will try to register this automatically. Due to rights this may fail.

All methods can be used at the same time in one template.

An example of a template can be found in the Mill7\reports directory, letter.dot.

If you want to use properties you will need to use the same names as in the field list.

The program will fill both Dutch and English names, the Dutch names can be found in the Dutch help.

This makes it possible to use bookmarks as well as properties in one template in both Dutch and English names.
