The reports use MS Word and MS Excel.
Important:
The reports in Excel are created by a driver named rnxlc50.dll which can be found in the Mill7 runtime directory.
The reports in Word are created by a driver named rnwdc50.dll which can be found in the Mill7 runtime directory.
In order to use these drivers they have to be registered on the workstation. This is done automatically.
When registration of the drivers fails the following reports can only be printed to HTML.
When there is no excel installed or Excel 2013 is installed then use the option "Create spreadsheets without excel". This option can be set in Maintenance > Settings > General.
Default reports in earlier versions of Mill7 were made in Crystal Reports.
These reports can now be created with the new reporting tool.
All reports are included in the update and have the same selections as the former reports.
The reporting program offers the possibility of adding fields, selections en sorting options.
It is also possible to save your variation of a report as a custom report.
When using the Relation Management module, queries can be created.
Queries can be created based on all available files in the Relation Management database.
This option can be found in the report program, option Relation management query.
- Word letter and Fax
Letters and Faxes can be created in Mill7 based on a Word template.
The templates can be created in your own house style.
