Funds > Transfer commitment

During the lifetime of a fund, commitments can be transferred to other, new investors, or existing participants.

The transfer of the commitment can be transferred partially or complete and to one ore more parties.

When transferring the commitment to other parties, the original commitment will receive an end date.

New participations are created for all parties including the original party, if the commitment is not completely transferred.

The complete history of the commitment is transferred, including hurdle calculations, distributed amounts etc.

To transfer a commitment, the funds must have notices. If not, there is no history to transfer, just delete the participant and create new participants for the commitments.
