In Mill7 it is possible to create a XBRL file for the Dutch VAT Declaration.
This file can be used as input in special VAT declaration software.
Users of the SBR Communicator of Accept Automatisering can import the XBRL files automatically in the SBT+R Communicator.
To do so create a file in the directory Accept\Bin with the extension: .acs (for example Millogic.acs).
This file can be created and maintained with Notepad.
The file should include the following parameters
/L1= | enter here the name of your license |
/G0= | enter here your username |
/A0= | enter here the name of the administration to be opened. This is the administration you entered in the SBR communicator at Beheer>Administratie (This is the Dutch menu path in the SBR communicator) |
/PD= | location where to find the files to be imported. This can be the same location you have used in Mill7during creating the XBRL file. (last character must be "\") |
/PF= | selection of files to be imported, we advise to use : *.* |
/PV= | option for showing messages, default 1, no messages |
/PK= | the COC number of the administration for which the declaration is made, only needed when you use a PKI service certificate from your SBR software supplier |
/F0= | function number of the import software, default 437 |
Example:
/L1=Millogic
/G0=Millogic
/A0=Millogic
/PD=d:\test\
/PF=*.xbrl
/PV=1
/PK=12345678
/F0=437
Automatic import
By double clicking on the created .acs the SBR communicator will be started and the login screen will be presented.
The files on location /PD will be imported after successful login.
After that the declarations can be viewed and sent.
The SBR communicator will create a subfolder with the (Dutch) name "Verwerkt" in the /PD directory.
Files who already are imported will moved automatically to this subfolder.
