Periodical invoices of fixed fees can be entered at two places depending on the modules of Mill7 present.
Relation management
If the relation management module for Trust is used, fixed fees are entered in Relation management
Select the concerning relation (in this case AACP). In file Services and Fees periodical invoices can be entered.
Debtors
If this module is not used, fixed fees can be entered in the debtor screen, tabpage Periodical invoices.
By double clicking on one of the columns a screen appears where periodical invoices can be entered and changed.
The invoice text is chosen from the article file and determines the text and how the fee is transferred.
Furthermore, the number of invoices per year needs to be entered (e.g. 2 means every 6 months).
The fields next month and next year determine when the fee is invoiced.
The month and the year are automatically raised during invoicing if the checkbox only once has not been checked.
Once the checkbox is on, the month and the year are not automatically raised during invoicing.
The other fields are optional and do not necessarily have to be entered.
