Registration of time is done per activity.

Per user can be entered on which activities a user is allowed to write time. This is done in the maintenance screen of the users.

Code

Unique code for an activity.

Article

An activity is linked to an article. By pressing F4 a selection list can be activated.

The article is used in the invoice and for accounting.

Time previous bookyear

This article will be used for time written in the previous bookyear.

This way time from previous bookyear will be shown separately on the invoice and will be booked on a separate account.

Invoicing

This field indicates if the activity should be invoiced.

Examples of activities that will not be invoiced are holiday and sickness.
