The clients function presents many aspects of your clients like employess, addresses and contact details, time registrations, invoices and relation management data, all of which are explained in the following chapters. First of all select a client from the list of available clients.
When a filter on clients is active this will be shown as following:
Please refer to the requirements section topic clients for an explanation on which clients will be shown.
The following Mill7 trust settings (Maintenance > Settings > Trust > General) are used in clients.
•Account manager
The following Mill7 layout settings (Maintenance > Settings > Invoicing > Layout) are applied in Clients > Invoices.
•Report layout: Invoice
The following Mill7 user settings (Supervisor > Users > Maintenance > General > Online rights
•Show all clients: When this setting is active all clients will be visible in Mill7mobile, instead of only the users his/her clients.
