The function 'Recalculate periods' checks and corrects the periods in the daybooks and journals.

 

The function can be started by menu Supervisor> Book> Recalculate periods.

 

By entering a different bookyear from and until the bookyear period will be adjusted.

The actual bookyear period is saved in the settings.

 

<Recalculate> opens a pop up screen.

With <Yes> the bookyear period in the settings is adjusted and the period in daybook pages and journals are checked and corrected where necessary.

 

With <No> only the bookyear period is adjusted.
