Maintenance > Investors

As part of the Funds module Investors can be be created and maintained through menu Maintenance> Funds.

Investors can participate in one or more funds.

One fund user license will be occupied by an investor, regardless of the number of funds the investor is participating in.

No investors can be added when the maximum number of licenses is reached.

The properties of investors are divided over de following tabpages:

•General

•Address

•Bank

•Misc.

•Mailing

Most fields are just informational.

Investors cannot be removed when they are participate in a fund.

Tab page General

The following fields are mandatory.

–Web portal

Web portal

The web portal enables the investor to log on to a web portal hosting the funds that the investor is participating in.

Language

The language choice of an investor is used in e-mail communications and in the web portal.

E-mail address

The e-mail address is used to identify an investor in the web portal and to send e-mails to the investor as participant of a fund.

Salutation

The text in this field can be used as a personal opening sentence in a Fund mailing report layout.

Tab page Mailing

To Addresses

If this field is filled it will be used for the maling instead of the field 'E-mail addresses' from the General tab page. Use a semicolon to separate the addresses.

Cc addresses

If this field is filled it will be used for the mailing and added to the field 'Cc Internal' from the Funds mailing tab page Settings. Use a semicolon to separate the addresses.
