Currency rates can be imported in Mill7.
It is also possible to download rates automatically on a daily bases.
As of Mill7 version 6.B1 the special import function for download DNB rates is not longer available.
Import type = Currency rates
The next fields can be allocated:
1. Currency *
2. Currency rate **
3. Inverted currency rate **
4. Date

The Inverted currency rate will only be used if the field Currency rate is blank.
1. Currency:
The code of the currency as maintained in Mill7.
For example: GBP: British Pounds
2. Currency rate:
The rate of the currency:
For example
Reference currency (bookkeeping value) = Euro
Rate NLG = 2.20371
3. Inverted currency rate:
The rate of the currency:
For example
Reference currency (bookkeeping value) = Euro
Rate NLG = 0.45378022 (1 / 2.2037100)
4. Date
A date can be set in the importfile. If no date is found, and no exchange date is selected, the rate will be imported with the current date.
Mill7 works with import tables. All tables have a number.
The exchange rates by default will be imported in table number 0.
The number of the rate table can be changed in the second screen (Import data)
