The reindex procedure will decrease the log file to smaller proportions when the number of records in the log file exceeds 200.000 records.
A dump will be made to a file in the Mill7\data folder with the name "log_exp" followed by the date and the extension ".csv".
The last 10.000 records will remain in the file.
Relation management logging
All changes in Relation management, Firms, Persons, Debtors and Creditors can be logged.
For this the setting "Log changes in Relation management" must be activated.
All changes can be viewed by the report "Relation management changes" in the Mill7 reporting tool section Relation management.
Changes can also be viewed per field on the screen by pressing the right mouse button and choose History.
Journal logging
Changes to journals can be logged per bookkeeping by activating the setting "Log journal changes".
