This import function is only available in the Trust version of Mill7 and can be started only in the main bookkeeping or in a service company. Time cannot be imported in previous bookyears.
The user that executed the import has to be granted the right to import time registration. When the user imports time for other users as well then the user must be able to write time for these users.
When the imported time is within a time period that has already been approved by users or supervisor, the approval dates must be manually reset to before the oldest date to be imported.
After importing, the approval dates have to be manually corrected again.
It is not possible to change existing time lines. For this purpose there are several functions in the Supervisor menu.
The following fields can be allocated.
