Supervisor utilities > Relations > Free fields persons

The tabpage free fields is only available in the Trust version with the Relation Management module.
The tabpage is activated by ticking the box in the Settings screen, under Relations at Show tabpage free fields persons.

When at least one field is set to appear on the tabpage, the tabpage will become visible under Persons.

All fields of which the column- and row number are set will become visible on the tab page.

There are 4 types of fields:

•text field

•number field

•date field

•choice field

OF all field types, a maximum of 6 can be placed on the tab page.

Depending on the chosen language with the user, the English or Dutch name will appear to the field.

The fields can also be chosen in the reports of the type persons and appear under the field name given in the settings.

There are 2 rights which determine whether you can view and edit the free fields:

•Read tabpage free fields persons

•Change tabpage free fields persons

If a user has the rights to view the information in these fields, the user can also report these fields by using the Mill7 reporting tool.

All reports regarding persons also contains these free fields.
