Supervisor utilities > Deleting a bookkeeping

This function can be started by the Supervisor menu> Delete bookkeeping.

With this function, a bookkeeping can be deleted. To do so sufficient rights are needed.

Deleting a bookkeeping is definitive and cannot be reversed unless a backup is present.

A bookkeeping can not be deleted when:

–Users are active in this bookkeeping, Mill7 will show a message with usernames active in the bookkeeping.

–Sub folders exist in the B-folder of the bookkeeping, Mill7 will show the message 'Bookkeeping is not deleted'.

–The message 'Bookkeeping is not deleted' will appear when one or more files are in use by any process or program.

Mill7 cannot detect this process but will be unable to delete the file.
