Supervisor utilities > Rename > Change account manager

With the option 'Account manager' in the Supervisor menu> Rename all debtors from one account manager can be assigned to another account manager.

Enter the code of the current account manager and the code of the new account manager.

At all debtors where Salesman(AM) = 'current account manager code' the salesman (AM) will be changed to 'new account manager code'.

If in Maintenance> Settings> Trust> General at the field Account manager a function code is entered, field 7 (account manager) in the Relation management file F116 (Trust employees) is also altered to the 'new account manager code'.

This only done in records with

–function code (field 6) = function code account manager in the settings and

–account manager code (field 7) = 'current account manager code'.
