Agenda

Appointments, holidays, meetings etc. can be entered in the agenda per day in the Bookkeeping > Relations menu.

 

Employees are entered in the Employees column

By pressing F4 or clicking the column header a list appears with all employees (user codes).

Select the employees to be added by marking the check boxes.

 

An employee does not necessarily have to be present in the employees list.

The employees can also be added just by typing the codes in Employees column.

Employee codes in the agenda are not validated.

 

The report Relations > Agenda gives an overview of the selected appointments.
